Client Support Senior - trilingual FR/EN

We are currently assisting a leading financial institution in their search for an experienced Senior Account Officer - trilingual FR/EN/NL to join their expanding team. This role presents a unique opportunity to contribute to a cutting-edge digital wealth management platform, blending the agility of a fintech with the stability of a large financial organization.


Senior Account Officer: Key Responsibilities:


  • Provide top-tier support and personalized assistance to clients through multiple communication channels, ensuring a smooth and positive experience at every stage.
  • Manage and oversee the client onboarding journey.
  • Address complex inquiries from clients and offer timely solutions, escalating issues only when necessary.
  • Build and nurture long-lasting relationships with high-value clients, becoming their trusted point of contact for account-related matters.
  • Advise clients on banking services and digital financial products, focusing on the most appropriate offerings for their needs, while aligning with commercial goals.
  • Collect actionable feedback from clients to implement process improvements and enhance the customer experience.
  • Handle client concerns or complaints promptly and professionally, aiming for swift resolution and maintaining high satisfaction levels.


Senior Account Officer: Your Profile:


  • Proven experience in client support roles within banking or financial services, with a strong focus on account management.
  • Solid knowledge of digital onboarding processes, banking products, and compliance requirements.
  • Strong expertise in resolving client issues and improving service delivery.
  • Solid understanding of AML regulations and financial crime prevention practices.
  • Excellent communication skills, with a client-first mindset and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
  • Fluent in English, French
  • 5+ years of experience in a client-facing role, ideally in a banking or financial services environment.
  • Flexibility to work in rotating shifts, primarily between 8:30 a.m. and 7:30 p.m.
