Banking & Finance Lawyer : Your responsibilities

This role offers direct exposure to sophisticated financing transactions and the opportunity to develop long-term client relationships within a structured yet entrepreneurial environment.

• Advise global banks, asset managers and sponsors on cross-border financing transactions, with a particular focus on fund finance structures (capital call facilities, NAV facilities, hybrid facilities) and leveraged acquisition financings.
• Draft, review and negotiate loan agreements, LMA documentation, security packages, intercreditor agreements, and related legal instruments.
• Coordinate with colleagues in multiple jurisdictions to manage Luxembourg law aspects of complex deals.
• Support clients throughout the full transaction lifecycle, from structuring and due diligence to execution and post-closing.
• Take part in business development initiatives and contribute to the expansion of the Luxembourg Finance practice.

Banking & Finance Lawyer : Your background

This position is ideal for a finance lawyer seeking visibility, responsibility and top-tier exposure in a demanding but supportive environment.

• 2 to 5 years of experience in Banking & Finance law, ideally with direct exposure to fund finance and/or leverage finance transactions.
• Previous experience in a top-tier international or business law firm.
• Strong command of Luxembourg financial law and cross-border financing frameworks.
• Admission to the Luxembourg Bar (Liste I or II) or another EU bar, with practical experience in Luxembourg transactions.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken); any additional language (e.g. French or German) is a plus.
• Strong technical skills and commercial mindset, with the ability to manage timelines and priorities efficiently.
