We are currently supporting an international financial institution in the development of its new digital wealth management platform in Luxembourg.

As part of this project, we are recruiting a Head of Digital Product & Growth to spearhead the go-to-market strategy and drive the growth of this innovative platform across European markets.

Head of Digital Product & Growth – Key Responsibilities:

• Define and execute the end-to-end growth strategy, from pre-launch to scale.
• Lead and develop a high-performing team (including Digital Marketing and Digital Product specialists).
• Design and implement customer acquisition strategies and oversee marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
• Develop and optimize the marketing technology infrastructure (CRM, analytics, automation, attribution frameworks).
• Oversee the creation of customer journeys and ensure an outstanding digital experience across web and mobile.
• Monitor client satisfaction and key commercial KPIs, driving continuous improvement and innovation.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to align digital initiatives with business objectives.

Head of Digital Product & Growth – Your Profile:

• University degree in Economics, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in launching and scaling digital financial products, ideally in banking, fintech, or consulting environments.
• Strong track record in building MarTech infrastructures and managing significant marketing budgets.
• Excellent knowledge of Luxembourg and Belgium regulatory frameworks.
• Ability to combine a strategic vision with hands-on execution in dynamic contexts.
• Experience managing teams and fostering collaborative, high-performance cultures.
• Data-driven mindset and excellent project management skills.
• Fluent in English and French; knowledge of additional European languages is a plus.
