Corporate Officer - German speaking

Our client, a leading Luxembourg corporate services provider, is seeking a Corporate Officer - Fluent German - to join their dynamic and supportive team.

What you’ll do:

• Manage a portfolio of Soparfis in Private Equity & Real Estate.
• Prepare and coordinate board and shareholder meetings, including drafting minutes and corporate documentation.
• Provide ongoing corporate and legal support to your portfolio.
• Respond to client inquiries and participate in client meetings.
• Coordinate with third parties - such as notaries and external law firms.
• Contribute to internal projects to the development of the firm.

Your profile:

• Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Corporate Officer or in a similar Luxembourg corporate services role.
• Strong knowledge of Luxembourg corporate law.
• Fluent in German.
• Highly organized, reliable, and discreet.
• Excellent multitasking, analytical, and communication skills.
• Team-oriented with proven relationship-building abilities.
